School life,
organised around
your family.

School information gets buried in WhatsApp conversations and newsletters. Cohort’s own parent chat and PDF review bring the plan together.

PARENT CONVERSATION

“Has anyone found the note about Friday?”

Keep the context, too.

Fictional example, not a live AI demonstration.

AI suggestions stay suggestions until you review them. The original wording remains available to check.

A useful place to start

One newsletter.
A clearer school week.

Get value from your own documents before another parent joins. Keep the original close, and stay in control of every suggestion.

A suggestion you can question

“Where did
that come from?”
Right here.

You should not have to trust a date simply because AI found it. Cohort keeps the source available, so you can check the words, correct a detail and decide what happens next.

  • Review the information relevant to each child and year group.
  • Keep start and end times distinct.
  • Leave uncertain details for review.

School life is a conversation

Keep the conversation.
Find what matters.

When your school-year group is active, keep parent conversations alongside the information and shared plans they are about.

Your family’s private plans stay separate. Share something with the group when you choose—without turning every lesson or appointment into everyone’s business.

Group access follows Cohort’s verification and membership rules. Choosing a school does not automatically open its group.

Garden visit

A plan you may choose to share

Your choice

A private calendar is useful from day one.

Together, with boundaries

One family.
Different children.
Your choices.

Keep track of what belongs to whom. Invite a parent or guardian with the access you choose, and keep personal documents available when you need them.

No automatic sharing of your private inbox, documents or family plans.

Before you join

A few good questions.

It is an early beta. We want useful feedback from real parent journeys, and we will be clear about what is still being tested.

How do I get beta access?

Request access and verify your email. We review requests for the small current Test group. A verified request is not a parent account or an access invitation. We will email you when access is available.

What can I upload?

Start with a school newsletter PDF you are entitled to use. Review the suggested information against the original before adding anything to your plans. AI can miss or misread details.

Do I need to connect my inbox?

No. You can start with a document. Optional Gmail connection is being tested with approved accounts. Sender-domain discovery needs consent, and email content is retrieved only after you explicitly approve the school domains.

Can I use it on my phone?

The beta is a web application for your phone or computer. iPhone and Android apps are coming soon.

Who can see my information?

Private documents and personal plans follow your account and family permissions. Sharing with a parent group is a separate choice. Please use the in-app access and privacy controls, and check recipients before sharing.

How do I report something that is wrong?

Use the feedback control in Test. Describe what happened and, if useful, choose to attach an image after checking its preview. You can also contact [email protected].
